Home Health Aides visit regularly to assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. They follow the care plan established by the nursing team and report any changes in the patient's condition, ensuring continuity of care.
All services are provided at no cost under the Medicare and Medi-Cal hospice benefit. Serene Hospice never denies care based on ability to pay.

Safe repositioning, transfers, and ambulation support to prevent discomfort and injury.
