Our bereavement program provides ongoing grief support to surviving family members and loved ones for up to 13 months following the patient's passing.
Grief is a deeply personal journey, and our bereavement counselors provide consistent, compassionate support throughout. Services include individual and group counseling, regular check-in calls, and connection to community grief resources and support groups.
All services are provided at no cost under the Medicare and Medi-Cal hospice benefit. Serene Hospice never denies care based on ability to pay.
